Smooth Navigational Menu sliding over frame

I found the code to create the Smooth Navigational Menu (thank you!) but I am having problems with running it in a frame without having to make the frame huge to accomidate the drop down menu. How do I get it to come out and drop down outside the frame itself? I have included the url for the website that I'm working on so you can see what I mean.
