Does your page use tables as its layout (I've seen this issue on a couple of such pages)? I've yet to track down the problem exactly, though a link to the problem page would help.

Did you manage to fix the problem? Checking your page using IE8 and FF3. I don't discern any obvious gaps at the bottom.
