i am requesting for a script with horizontal arrow image scroller which has a combination of

On opening the images should auto slide over once & then can be used manually with the arrow buttons. Images should be clickable to a large image on the same page like the lightbox2 script
How do i combine both the script with the above changes on one page.
Is it also possible to add transition image effects?
Any suggestions would be of great help
