Hmm I assume you're talking about
Multiframe Slideshow here, and not Ultimate Slidehow (as you've linked to above)?
When you say you're running 3 sets of slideshows, do you mean 3 separate instances of the script (so if each set contains 3 frames, there are 9 frames in total running concurrently)? Each instance of the script is separate from the other, so there's no way for one set to know what the other set is displaying (and not show the same image at the same time, for example). Now, within each set, each frame is aware of the other, so no two frames show the same image.
