Lightbox and another script conflict

3) Describe problem: Hello, I'm running a navstudio menu script and the lightbox on the same page and in safari and opera on this page http://bzcaraudio.com/rsmotors/projects.html it makes the page all messed up. It only happens on pages that the 2 scripts occupy. Can someone please look at this and tell me what, if anything, came be done to fix it. Thanks.

After slight testing I have found that the browser has a isue with the <script> tag that references the prototype.js. If I delete that part it works, but obviously the lightbox doesn't.
