Chrome Drop Down conflict with <textarea>

Hi all

The chrome menu works perfect but all the textarea that i have on my page that are editor are not displaying as that,they are regular textareas, anyone knows how to fix this issue

Please be more specific- by not displaying, do you mean the textareas appear above the sub menus when the two overlap?

No it's not that. The option buttons on the editor textarea are not displayed.
There should be buttons for fonts, font size, text alignment, smiles and so on ....it should be like this box where I write this message, but it makes them like a regular text fields
