Chrome CSS Drop Down Menu (v2.5) javascript bug in IE 8

3) Describe problem:
First off, this is a great script and can be customized greatly. We use it as our primary navigation menu for our site at www.elightbulbs.com.

It was running great, but now with IE8, it is throwing a JS error that I can't seem to fix. No error displayed for Chrome and FF. It seems to run fine, but triggers an unsightly error.

We modified the CSS quite a bit for visuals/small effects, but only ever touched the top settings in the v2.5 JS script.
