Tabs Menu (mouseover) Hover Question

Hi Guys. My problem relates to:

I have done a search and was suprised not to find this question.

I'm testing the menu on a mock up site http://www.prestigejayco.com.au/05/Template.htm

My question is: Is is possible to have the top menu to behave something like this...

while sub menu is displayed the top menu image remains as the (dark) rolled over image. When mouse moves off sub menu, the top menu roll over returns to original image.

I would like the menu to behave like this http://www.jayco.com.au/top.html

Any ideas? Hope I make sense.
