Bravehost Scripting

I currently have a free Bravehost account while I am starting my site. I tried to use the digital clock script and it did not work. I know it has to do with interfering with Bravehosts intergrated scripts that put in banners and such, because I the same problem with Yahoo Geocities. All I want to know is what scripts actually work on a free Bravehost platform and which ones don't. And what I can do about it. Thank you.
