Easy help w/ Ultimate Fade-in Slide Show. (pictures not showing--little red "x")

I'm am just not understanding how to make the slide show know where my photos are located. If you look at the web page, there is a little red "x" where the slide show should be.

I thought I did everything right, and am floundering around looking for what is probably an easy answer.

RESOLVED...
I had to enter the folder name as well.
