Please help! Glossy Accordion Menu Problem

For some reason, when I click on a "submenu" page, the ability to expand/collapse and +/- icons disappear on those pages. They are only present on the "menuitem" pages. The script is in an "include" folder, so all the pages are using the same nav bar script.

It appears to only be a problem on Firefox 3 and above. Can someone please help me with this? Is this script incompatible with these browser versions? How can I fix this?

Have you tried simply changing the paths to the icon images so they are absolute, ie: http://?
