Erm... yuck. I don't see a blurred image, but I wouldn't base your page on that one, if I were you.

Bad points:
1) Annoying hit counter won't go away! It's stalking me!
2) There's a song at the bottom of the page. What is a song doing at the bottom of a page?
3) The snowflakes slow down page operation no end.
4) "Online now!" and "Send Private Message" are flickering at me. This says to me: "Please, please, please message me! I have no friends! Save me!!!" Nobody wants to be begged on entering a site.
5) Likewise, no-one wants to be assaulted by a shockingly ugly and tasteless alert (in 1337-5p34k, no less). It doesn't create a good first impression.
6) This guy's spelling really, really sucks. It's the sort of thing excusable in a chat room. An AOL chat room. If you're being hanged and really have to type out your will to all your good buddies in #llamamamas before you go.
7) That image in the background was never meant to be tiled. It looks ugly at the seams.
