Menu Display Problem

I'm using the "AnyLink JS Drop Down Menu" (http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/dropmenuindex.htm) and the menu boxex pop up BEHIND my embeded pdf file. Can any one help me get the menus on top?

when i work in drupal it displayes the menu under the home menu

do i need to install any module under this
