Default Enable Fade not fading in Featured Content Slider

    Featured Content Slider v2.4

Having a problem with the enablefade feature. My photos are not fading, only the first one, and then they abruptly go to the next slide. I tried adjusting the fade degree, tried making all my images the same size, and compared with the examples on your website with no results. It seems like an easy fix, although I cannot figure out what I'm missing. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

In what browser is the fading effect not working properly? Using FF3 and IE8, they both seem fine.

Seems as if it fades when the page first loads, but then when it cycles through the second time, the only slide that fades in is slide #1. The remaining slides switch abrubtly to the next. Same results in FF3, Safari 3 (Mac), FF3 and IE6 (Windows XP). If this is a browser issue, would I be better off to just do this in Flash? (as much as I hate to).
