jQuery Scroll to Top Control v1.1 Error

I am running this: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex3/scrolltop.htm

It works fine except the vertical scrollbar disappears in Firefox when the image is clicked.

What should I do?

It only disappears when I run the script on a webpage with other scripts - but works fine on a blank html page.
