Pop it Menu conflict w/ flash

My problem is with the Pop it menu http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/popit.htm

when displayed on a page with a flash banner to the side the menus appear under it. Is there a parameter I can change to avoid this problem?

This works in some situations:

Set the Wmode of the flash file to transparent.
