    Default problem with powerzoomer

I used the code to create a web page that has an image on it so that when I move the mouse over the image, it magnifies the portion you hover over. The problem is that it only works for that page and that image. If I change the image, it will not show the new image it shows the original image used even though the HTML code has been changed and saved. EG: Page 1 refers to 'pic1.jpg' and works fine. I change the reference to 'pic2.jpg', save the change and refresh the screen. pic1 still appears even though the reference is now on pic2. I am totally confused. I am trying to set up a web page that allows you to choose a year from a Graduating Class so when you select that year it will link to the picture and you can use mouseover to highlight individual pictures. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That sounds like it might be a Dynamic Drive script, is it? It sounds most like:

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...owerzoomer.htm

It only does one image per image per page. You cannot change the image via javascript and have it immediately use that one. It might be able to be adapted to do that though. But from what you're describing, that might not be the problem that you're having. In any case, there is another similar script that shows the magnified image in a separate popup div near the image you're magnifying. The popup is only visible while you're over the image you're magnifying, you can move over the the image to see different parts pf it and increase/decrease the magnification with the mousewheel:

    Featured Image Zoomer (multi-zoom)

It allows you to load various images into it using linked thumbnail images or text links. It might be a better fit for what you're doing.

But if that's not the problem you're having, rather if you're having a problem making a separate Power Zoom on a separate page, it's probably just some part of the configuration you're not updating.

Either way, it would help us to help you if we had a link to your page. Is it live? If not, could you put up a live version of it somewhere we could see? If it's live or can be made live, give us a link to it please.
