Help with flash site navigation

i had that site which loaded completely at once (example can be found here but i wonder how can i make preloader to different sections of my site, for example like it's done here http://fridaythe13thmovie.com/index2.html
and when it comes to the menu - what exactly should i put in there - i mean to where should i link buttons to?

PS and i need it to be done in AS2 not higher, i know they do it somehow with loading external clips but i need to see some example or something to understand it fully
