CSS Implementation issue

Hi guys! I'm new to all this HTML + CSS thing, i've been able to create really basic html files, but now i'm puzzled with a task, i got to create an entire website, that shows up a good quality, i already know how to make graphics and all that stuff, but i dont know how to implement your code snippets, as i'm using the http://www.webs.com service, which allows me to edit HTML directly, not using templates, can you please guide me to a way so i can implement at least this: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/cs...vertical_menu/ Thanks in advance

I followed a YouTube CSS-in-30-minutes tutorial, and now i know how to code HTML in a good way, i'll post up if any questions arise Thanks Man
