Stupid Formatting Problem - Please Help!

I'm having a formatting issue with my HTML that I just don't understand. As you will see from the image everything should line up to the right and left but when I add a line in the description field it screws up the formatting and makes the two tables 7pxs wider. This makes everything not line up. When I load the page in Firefox it does the same thing as IE except for once every blue moon it formats correct.

Found the problem. It was me. Just overlooked something in my code. Please pay no attention to this post!
