I am trying to recreate an effect similar to the header/banner on Pace.edu but simpler - and not in Flash.

I have 6 categories that would have the graphic images stacked, like the yellow "buttons" on the Pace site. When an image gets selected a photo with some text overlayed on top of it would "flyout" or appear, again, like the Pace site. Along the bottom of the flyout there would be some text with a link to additional pages.

I'm open to suggestions on how to achieve this as I haven't had any luck finding a script so far.
