popup on DIV in calendar

HI,
I am Sudheer, I draw a calendar ......plzzz see the code once................Run "calendar.htm" ........place cursor on rectangle ....u will get tooltip...........click on next ..........u will get next week calendar...........again place cursor on rectangle.............now tooltip is not coming...........thats my problem...............
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz give me any suggestions.................
