Hi looking to be able to put a few editable lines of text at the top of a html page and be able to display them elsewhere in the page

maybe this will explain better I have a friend who is html dyslexic who wants a web page they can edit easily all they want to do is display 2 or 3 blocks of text and maybe 2 pics in their page but want to be able to change them without having to learn html
so i was wondering is there a way i can make it so they have 3 text input areas at top of the html coding that will display somewhere else in the page so the layout does not change just the text in the layout
