Default div background colour in IE

    Hey all,

I've made a page with two divs for layout - one is the navigation and the other is content. The navigation is supposed to be a blue bar that extends down the length of the page. The content area needs to be plain white.

The colour extends down to the botttom as required in firefox, but in IE the colour stops when the content text ends. the rest of the div is white. using height: 100%; doesn't help either (even adding <p> doesn't help).

Does anyone know how to get around this in IE?

    All help is appreciated

You could try the DD Equal Height script.

    Hope this helps.
