Featured Content Slider elements not displaying in firefox

3) Describe problem:
I'm trying to display an image on the left and some text (in a container DIV) on the right. I've also slightly changed the pagination buttons (which I don't think will affect the main contentDIV).

This displays perfectly in IE8, Opera 9 & Chrome 2, but not in FireFox3. In FireFox the text simply does not display. Unless, that is, I remove the image.

EDIT: I've just tested in IE7, and the results are the same as FireFox. The text does not display unless the picture is removed.

Just thought I should say that I figured this out.

Funny how you don't think of absolute positioning at 6am.
