RSS Display Boxes - Problem!

3) Describe problem:
I'm quite clearly having one of those nights, because I'm unable to fathom out quite what I'm doing wrong here. What I am trying to do is add an RSS display box to a page -> http://www.boroguide.co.uk/dummy3.php <- under the second Twitter image on the right (ignore the reason for the image, it's just there).

Obviously I want to replace the 'aaa' text with a feed of 3 BBC headlines (I've not altered the feed URL yet until I get it all set up), but as you may notice, there's nothing there. I've followed the instructions as close as I can but clearly I've fallen short somewhere.

Can anyone assist?
