In a small Site is better appear BREADCRUBS maually - I mean fixed ? Or dynamically - involve PHP programing ?

If I decide to use PHP programing I must use a website folder for each breadcrub step(category/list-of-pages/page) ?

More important is if you ever plan on changing anything and if you're willing to do the work to change all your breadcrumbs manually.

If you have php available, I would use it, regardless of the size of your site.
