Default Ajax XML Ticker (txt file source) and Safari

    Hi,

I have added the Ajax XML Ticker (txt file source) to my webpage and it works fine in IE 6&7, FireFox, Opera and Chrome but not in Safari 3.2.3 (525.29). The text file displays but doesn’t scroll, any idea on how to fix this....I would use another scroller but I need one with an external txt file

    Thanx

Please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

Is this on a Mac or PC? In Safari 3.x on PC, the script works for me, at least the DD demo.

Having spoken to my network manager and having tested the script on a stand alone laptop that wasn't networked and can report that the script works fine with Safari, it appears that there is an issue with the network security preventing the javascript from running.

Since the site will not be viewed internally on Safari this isn't an issue, I have since tried this script at home and have had no issues.

Thank you for replying to my posting.

    Kindest Regards
