All Levels Menu for Joomla

Hey there,

just a small note to say that I've taken the liberty to adapt the DD All Levels menu script to live within a Joomla module, thus supporting Joomla menus.

Hope you like it, and people will find it useful. If anyone could test, and love comments, I'd be grateful.

There are two known limitations at the moment:

1. PHP5 only supported
2. Only one level of nesting (a bit of an oxymoron )
