How to adjust ruler in Word 2003

i don't have it yet but i have problems with my word office 2003. Can anyone help me? I need the blue ruler before the white one in my left side. How can i chnage it in the word? I just have the blue ruler on the top and bottom of the page. i need help....

It looks like you need to set some margins to the top and bottom. I think you can set them in File > Page Setup. It's been a while since I used Office '03 but I think that's where it's located.
