Need fast help

RUSH JOB--

1) Describe Work Request (be as detailed as possible):

We are building a high end web site that is almost completed (we are late). We have a horizontal CSS menu that is dynamically populated (PHP). We are having trouble making this menu look good. There are multiple sub menus that fly to the right. Some issues we need help with:

R/H top level is Ok, then second level OK, then 3rd level need to fly to left instead of right. We managed to get it moving to the left, but it goes under the previous sub menu.

Menu needs to look much nicer

Sub menu does not look right in IE6 (too far to right)
