Refresh window

I was looking through the scripts the other day, and I found one that refreshes the page into a new one. for example, if your page moved, and youre refreshing the page to the new one. Ive looked through all the scripts, but I cant seem to find it. Can anybody tell me which section its under and how many down it is from the top? I thought it was in Document Effects, Dynamic Content or Form Effects. Any help will be greatly appreciated! thank you

in the head, where 0 is the number of seconds to wait and newpage.htm is the page to go to.

ope, actually, i wanted to refresh the page into an entirely new URL. i tried putting the new url into the newpage.htm part of the code, but it doesnt seem to work.
