How can i create this "ajax login"?

In this web site the login is perfect: http://www.bayt.com/
When you click on "Log In" it will appear a new embedded window "popup". When you entered the true login information it will set up your details in the top bar. (Is not need a page refresh).
How can i do it? Any idea please

You can use jQuery to do this and its really very easy to develop this kind of login box your self.

Or you can use jQuery plugins to do this.

Wow!! Is great. Thank you so much.
I can do it easily. But how can i change the "<div>" element of the "Log In".
I mean i want to change "Welcome Guest: Log In Registration" to "Welcome member (Your Account)" Without page reloading.
