In which browser? I just viewed it in IE7 and the menu is staying on top. I imagine it's IE you're having problems with since that's the bane of every web designer's life, is this happening in IE6?

If it is happening in IE6 I'd do little to fix it... IE6 is just so old now, if people are still using it just tell them to update their browser / switch to a better alternative. It's 8 years old! Technology moves on...
