I am using the script from this page: http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/php_ajax_database.asp

its fairly easy/quick and simple - it works great! but i would like to modify it to have more than 1 form..

the example on the site has a drop down box allowing you to select the user based on the "user id".

I would like to change this, and have multiple chained dropdown boxes for:

id, FirstName, LastName, Age, Hometown and Job.
