Can I edit the text in a dynamic template?

Hello-
I've just started learning how to use dynamic flash templates.
Could somebody please look at the template found at the link below and let me know if I will be able to change the words "Mercy charity organization" in the left corner and the "mercy" button in the center through the template.

You can always change any text on templates, otherwise nobody would buy them.
