Jquery caused other script to not work?

Hey Dynamicdrive users, I've a problem when using jquery, will be glad if any of you could help me.

Here's my problem:

Was using the slider on http://script.aculo.us/ awhile back, works great. But ever since I downloaded a shoutbox made from jquery into my site, the slider stopped working. Tried and remove the jquery.js then the slider works.

Here's the link to the jquery: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs.../jquery.min.js

Anyone know how to fix this?

Mind showing which slider? There maybe be one exactly like it for jQuery.

I'm using the Toggle via 'slide' script, also just found out that my ajax load into DIV script isn't working too.
