Scroll down till you see something like this:
Directions: Simply download ddlevelsmenu.zip, which contains all the files that make up the menu:

    demo.htm (view)
    demo2.htm (view)
    ddlevelsfiles/ddlevelsmenu.js (view)
    ddlevelsfiles/ddlevelsmenu-base.css (view)
    ddlevelsfiles/ddlevelsmenu-topbar.css (view)
    ddlevelsfiles/ddlevelsmenu-sidebar.css (view)
    Default menu images:
Click on ddlevelsmenu.zip, and allow it to download. It should have the files you need inside of it.

Sungirl, here's a demo with both the sidemenubar and the topmenubar. Copy the source in your own file(s) and see what happens (but you must do as Nile says first, of course).

You can position the menus by giving the divs having id="ddsidemenubar" and id="ddtopmenubar" a certain position (for instance: style="position:absolute; top: 10px; left: 2%").
