Script does not run - 'ddaccordion' is undefined

my script does not run - I always get the message 'ddaccordion' is undefined.

I inserted and copied the original source code several time but it still does not run.

thanks a lot for your note. The script does exist, but it seems as it is not readable. I've moved it out of the folder and now it works.
