1) Script Title: DHTML Tip Message

3) Describe problem: I'd like to add a delay until the tip shows. So when you mouse over the link, it waits 2 seconds (or some custom time) until it shows. Another enhancement could be a delay until the tip disappears.

I'm not a good JS programmer so I'm asking if anyone here has some suggestions. I really like this script, but I think it's missing this cool feature.
