Does anyone know of a slideshow that allows manual controls (pause, play, next, prev) and provides a fade between images?

Found several on this site that offer one or the other. Are there any that offer both.

I'll even be happier if someone knows how to add any kind of controls (mouseover, buttons, anything to pause it at least) to this:
