Default problem of resizable iframe and scrollbar

dear all,I start to create a home page layout, which contain few iframes inside <div> ( because i want new pages are loaded into the same page ). i have 3 problems:

    1. the iframe is not resizeable as the content, even thought i have set the<div height = auto, wight = auto>

    2. inside iframe, the iframe bgcolor is not the same as the <div bgcolor>

    3. if i set <iframe scrolling= auto, I have 2 scrolling bars on end of the left .
else <iframe scrolling= no> cant display all content.
I have try to search on gooogle, but no right example. I cant figure out how to do it. anybody help? Please !!

The value of auto is not a valid one for the attributes height and width, which in turn are not valid for div. There is no telling what they may do, generally nothing though.

Iframes are non-standard and therefore tricky across browsers. In IE, setting the iframe's allowtransparency attribute to true will help in allowing the background of the top page to show through. If that's what you are going for, the background of the page in the iframe should also be transparent. The display of scrollbars on the iframe when its scrolling is set to auto is governed by its width and height in relation to the width and height of the page within it.
