need a help for javascript.... Create

I need to create a link, for eg. " Click Here"
When this link is clicked it should change it self to a drop down with some options like "Google, Yahoo, Rediffmail" And now when any of the option is clicked it should open respective page..
Eg: When google is clicked it should open www.google.com
