I want to use this nice script found here :

But i would like to have 2 modification to it

1. Have 3 control buttons only
- Stop
- UP ( On click it should move up even if the scroller has been stopped )
- DOWN ( On click it should move up even if the scroller has been stopped )

2. have a Manual vertical scroll bar.
Tried using overflow:auto but on IE it shows bother horizontal and vertical scroll bars.

I would appreciate if anyone can help.
