Horizontal drop down menu

Hi,

I liked the drop down menus which is given in this site.

Take for example 2:

Is there any way I can get similar kind of effect to the submenu on rollover. I mean when rollover the effect to the right, left and bottom shld be similar but to the top it should continue to the main menu.

Hi,
I put this drop down menu on this page

on my site, but i would want the tabs/buttons (for example - Home-button) highlighted / or dackened when i click in it. (i.e when i am in a page, the tab it should be highlightend)

What should i change or add (to the droplinetabs.css file)
