    Cool Maximizing browser window content width

    I've accessed many web pages (like this one) that have dynamic width. They fill the browser window regardless of how I zoom it or the screen resolution. I know that this is probably something very basic now but I'm unsure of what to search for to find information. What is this referred to? It seems different that fluid content.

    They probaby used percentages:
    Code:
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
