Bubble Script: Help Please Float Down?

Hello, in order to run this in FF I had to monkey with it but I can't remember exactly what I did. But when researching how to make it work in FF I saw that by changing a 1 to a 0 or vice-versa, the bubbles could float DOWN from the top?

I have flowers as my image, and I would like to have them float DOWN for awhile.

Can anyone help me know what variable to change to float DOWN?

They do not dismiss!!! I would like them to dismiss after 30 seconds, but that does not seem to work in either FF or IE or Chrome.

If anyone knows either how to get it to "dismiss" or how to get it to float downward, I would appreciate....either question can be answered, don't feel both have to be answered by same person...thank you....
