Image Hover Tooltip (Dets. Inside)

Hi everyone.
I am looking for an image hover tooltip script. I will try to explain as best as I can.
What I have is a list of words (that are associated with something in the image) and when a word is hovered over, it will circle or highlight the item in the image that matches up with the word.

I tried to draw it out too! I hope you guys can understand and help me.
