I want a menu that if you click on a link it jumps in my site and not in another window or to another site... Like I want a HOME button. So that if i click on it I go to my main page in the same webbrowser on my own site...

How do I do that?
(If you know just say it step for step and please im just a beginner so don't use to many complicated words xD)
