All Levels Nav Menu not displaying font correctly in IE

Any idea why these items in the nav aren't displaying correctly in IE:

1) Font in top level nav (Georgia - bold and italic) isn't displaying in BOLD and isn't clear at all like it is in FF or Safari

2) Drop down menus - fonts look horrible and show up wider than in FF or Safari, thus making some menu items wrap.

3) Top level nav items aren't spaced the same as in FF or Safari

Any tips are appreciated.
